Orders

When will my order ship?

Express Post orders will typically leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days, while Standard Shipping orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive. Most of our orders will ship with Australia Post's eParcel service, so you'll be able to track it once it leaves our warehouse, and that service will give you a more accurate estimate for when your order might arrive. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days (depending on where in Australia it's going).

Can you leave my order at my door?

We now send all our Standard and Express Post parcels with Safe To Leave authority, so Australia Post can do contactless deliveries. If you'd prefer the security of a signature, you can change the setting on your delivery through the Shipping page.

What payments do you accept?

LAMY Australia accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Paypal and AfterPay.

How long does it take to personalise a pen?

Each customised pen and notebook is created when you order, so this can add some extra shipping and handling time. We recommend allowing an extra 3-5 business days for your personalised order to be on its way to you.

Can I order in bulk?

LAMY Australia can make arrangements for large corporate orders, as well as personalisation for your business. Learn more on our Corporate and Bespoke page.

Is LAMY ink waterproof?

Because it's a water-based formula, LAMY ink is not waterproof, but that can work to your advantage if you want to create a watercolour design without ink lines.

How do I clean my fountain pen?

How do I store LAMY ink?

Store your ink in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. LAMY ink bottles are made of glass, which is a great storage vessel – just make sure the cap is securely closed when you put it away.

Why can't I open my pen?

Some parts of LAMY pens are reverse-threaded, which means you twist them the opposite direction to what you might be used to.

I'm having trouble with my pen
