For all Lamy writing instruments corresponding spare parts are available which can be obtained in all specialised retail shops.
For small repairs please refer to your local retailer who has a comprehensive range of spare parts for Lamy writing instruments on stock.
In case of more difficult repairs please return your pen to our Service Centre. Please post your faulty writing instrument and its components to following address;

All Lamy pens are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. Outside of this warranty period, spare parts can be purchased for most pens, in certain cases pens may need to be sent to the Lamy factory in Germany. In these cases, allow up to 3 months turnaround time to accommodate repair time and international shipping.
Warranty is covered by place of purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorised Australian retailer or Lamyshop.com.au must be provided upon return.
If repaired locally, overseas purchases (with no authorised Australian proof of purchase) will be treated as non-warranty, attract a service fee and will be charged for parts.
